How We Started
2019 — The Beginning
We launched Mindful Harbor Limited because we saw a real gap. People were struggling with emotional awareness. They didn’t understand their triggers, couldn’t manage stress effectively, and relationships suffered because of it. We’re trained in emotional intelligence coaching and mindfulness facilitation, so we decided to offer structured workshops right here at Marina Bay.
2021 — Growing Recognition
Our workshops started gaining traction. Participants noticed real changes. They weren’t just learning theory — they were applying emotional intelligence techniques immediately. We expanded our offerings, added more sessions, and built a community of people serious about personal development.
